Roof replacement

A new roof from a family you can call afterward

Asphalt shingle or standing-seam metal, installed by our own crew and backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty.

Two roofing materials, explained plainly

Asphalt shingle is the most common roof on central Ohio homes, and for good reason. It suits a wide range of houses and budgets, and it is what most homeowners have in mind when they say they need a new roof.

Standing-seam metal is a different roof altogether: long metal panels with raised seams, a clean modern look, and a different feel from shingles. If you are curious, we will show you what it involves and let you compare.

Either way, we are GAF certified, and we do not push the more expensive option. We explain, you decide.

How a replacement goes

What you can expect, from inspection to cleanup

  1. A free inspection

We look at the roof, the decking we can see, the flashing and the ventilation, and tell you what we found in plain language.

  2. A clear recommendation

You hear whether the roof needs replacing or repair, and which material fits your home. If insurance is involved, we help you with the claim.

  3. The work, done by our crew

Our own local crew removes the old roof and installs the new one. You know who is on your house.

  4. The warranty

Your full replacement is backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty. Keep our number. It has not changed.

Replacement questions, answered

Asphalt shingle or standing-seam metal: how do I choose?

Asphalt shingle is the familiar, widely used choice for Ohio homes. Standing-seam metal is a different kind of roof with raised seams and a distinct look. We will talk through both during your free inspection so you can choose with the facts in front of you.

What does the 10-year workmanship warranty cover?

It covers our workmanship on full roof replacements. If something we installed is not right, you call the same family that did the work.

Do I need a replacement, or will a repair do?

Not every roof needs replacing. We tell you what we find during the inspection, including when a repair is the honest answer.

Who does the work on my roof?

Our own local crew. You will not be handed off to a call center or an out-of-town contractor.

Wondering if it is time for a new roof?

The inspection is free. Tell us the address, how old the roof is, and what you have noticed, and we will come back to you.
